Entry commentary
I am a student at Goldsmiths, greatly inspired by the weird and wonderful world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I portrayed Willy Wonka as the bemusing and mind blowing character that propels the story to its dramatic climax. I have focussed on creating a technicolor eccentric figure that at the same time has a dark air about him. Look out for the hidden gummy bears and sweeties in the image too!
Artist profile
I am a student at Goldsmiths Univeristy and I draw all of my illustrations by hand. I take inspiration from Ronald Searle and Tim Burton and my favourite past time is drawing confused tourists in London.
