Like the app and sex industry, Japan has one-upped us again by introducing a cat PUB. It's in Tokyo and it's called Neko Bar Akanasu, and it allows you to get shit-hammered and roll around with a few felines who love to party. It looks even better than the penis-themed restaurant that opened in South Korea recently.
