BANTERLOPE GETS SKEPTA TATTOO, GIRLFRIEND DUMPS HIM
Liam Scott is a fine example of this new Grime disciple. A few hours ago, Liam tweeted this:
What you saying @Skepta pic.twitter.com/hteg8gI6HZ

That's right, Liam went to Magaluf and got 'Skepta' tattooed about four inches from his dick. His girlfriend was pissed, texting "fuck off. That's it bye" to Liam. Being a fucking lad, Liam screengrabbed the whole exchange and tweeted it to Skepta, along with his new ink.
In terms of impulse tattoos, this isn't really that big a deal. But as a symbol of Grime's recent cultural domination, it's colossal. Let's talk about Liam. He's from Essex. He looks like a substitute for a Conference football team. His Twitter features TWO separate photos of the same Nando's. Prior to sharing the picture of his new tattoo, he uploaded a video of himself scooping vomit out of the hotel toilet with a saucepan:

You'd think he was the sort who only listened to that song which goes "BARBARA STREISAND. WWoooowoowoowooowoowoowoo," before dipping out of the foam party at 11pm because he's vomited down the deep-v of his deep-v t-shirt. I mean I'm sure he does those things too, but he's clearly also enjoying the renewed brilliance of Skepta. The same Skepta who wrote, 'That's Not Me', a hit which criticised the very activities Liam pursues on your average Friday.
I'm not sure if this means the music is worse or better. I'd say better.
