BLACK HAWK STOCK EXCHANGE

The key to any criminal organization is to channel its funds into a legitimate business. This will ensure that your finances will become more financially secure and if proven that crime does not pay, there will always be clean money for you to fall back on. Therefore, with foreign navies hot on their tails, the pirates of Somalia have set up an exchange to manage their investments

Haradheere, Somalia’s main pirate lair is the home to this strategic financial initiative. Set up by former pirate Mohammed he has gained interest from at least 72 Maritime companies which have been “listed” on the exchange. The exchange has made a major impact on Somalia’s economy even helping to fund its education system.

As the shares are open to anyone, financial advisors claimed that this was a great business to invest in and further to this morals should not get in the way of making a profit. Shares in Pirate loot and ransom money have doubled since 2009. A spokesman from Trafigura had said his company have shown interest and would be in contact with Mohammed.

This has come as a welcome idea from leading economists as the main way of helping the people of Africa. Tens of millions of dollars have been made from ransom payments and stolen booty. As Europe and America have been pillaging and raping Africa for hundreds of years and Comic Relief and Live Aid have not eradicated poverty or famine on the continent, who is to say that this is not a good thing?
