Courtney Love has been in France for some reason. Cannes? I guess because of Cannes. As she was all set to catch a plane from Paris, her Uber was accosted by taxi drivers protesting the interloping app. In the same way that taxi drivers have protested the app in London, Mexico City, San Francisco and anywhere else with 3G.

However, like most protests in the capital, Parisians have taken it to a new level; burning tires, slashing cars and lobbing eggs at the brains behind Celebrity Skin.
