As the owner of an iPod Touch, I occasionally browse the App Store for the latest free applications that are either useful or that will kill some time next time I’m somewhere that I want to kill time.
 
We now live in an age where there is an application for just about anything; from the utterly pointless yet strangely amusing iPint (which involves tipping your iPhone/Pod Touch like it’s a pint of beer and watching the virtual beer disappear) to the somewhat useful Bump which allows you to transfer data to a different device just by bumping it.
 
While browsing the store I stumbled across the Big Red Button application which sounded intriguing. I mean it couldn’t just be a big red button that you endlessly push, could it?
 
Well, er.... yes, it could.
 
Each time you press it a different “humorous” response pops up or in some instances the dot becomes very small or multiplies forcing you to press the different buttons until you find the real one (very annoying). And so it continues. Needless to say I deleted the application before I found out what happens if you reach the end, or even if there IS an end.
 
My advice is do what it says, and just don’t press the big red button in the first place.
